The “At-Home Senior Assisted Living” program was developed based on the “Growing Old at Home” approach. This program provides a wide range of services that enable senior citizens to continue to live at home and maintain their daily routine while receiving a broad array of medical, social and nursing services through a wide range of professionals that come directly to the subscriber’s home.
The services provided through the At-Home Senior Assisted Living program include a personal service manager, housekeeping manager, cleaning, laundry and ironing and maintenance services, meals delivered to the home as well as a range of medical and emergency services. All services are managed by a professional team that helps subscribers manage their daily routine. This team is responsible for coordinating the services provided by the professionals, and they do so on infrastructures especially developed by Natali.
