In order to operate the service for the benefit of the insurers, Natali operates in each segment a private network of nationwide available service providers. Thus, when a client of an insurance company wants to apply the purchased policy, he contacts Natali’s call centers, who define their eligibility in accordance with the insurance policy and provide the necessary service.
All the services which are provided with comprehensive response to the needs of the clients, while meeting management, operational and service standards. All of these are powered by an advanced 24-hours call centers, 7 days a week.
The business model is a monthly payment per capita, directly from the insurance company while the end user sometime pays a small additional fee per visit (accordingly to the insurance policy).
